Careers at Resolute

Intentional therapy starts with intentional support.

Resolute Therapy Group is always interested in connecting with clinicians who care deeply about people, relationships, and the work of becoming a better therapist over time.

We welcome inquiries from independently licensed clinicians and also prelicensed practitioners who are looking for a practice where curiosity, clinical growth, autonomy, and meaningful relationships are valued and truly respected.

Whether you're early in your career or bringing years of experience with you, we want Resolute to be a place where you can do quality work without losing yourself in the process or the system.

A Place to Grow Your Practice

We believe therapists do their best work when they feel supported, trusted, and challenged in the right ways.

At Resolute, clinicians are encouraged to develop their own therapeutic voice while staying grounded in thoughtful clinical practice, strong relationships, and ongoing learning.

Our goal isn't to create therapists who all work the same way or think the same way. It's to create an environment where clinicians can continue becoming more confident, intentional, and effective in the work they do.

Opportunities for Clinicians

Independently licensed therapists and prelicensed practitioners may find a home at Resolute.

We are currently hiring for W2 employee positions. We don’t do fee splits that take weeks or even months to get you paid. We want you to know exactly what you’re receiving in compensation, each time and every time, without any guesswork. Your paycheck deserves clear consistency and to be a reflection of the dedicated person you already are.

Benefits available and growing over time.

We're interested in clinicians who value their autonomy, who value systemic and relational work, and still want to be part of a quality collaborative practice—one where you can continue grow professionally, deepen your specialty areas, be respected in your worldview and beliefs, and partner alongside therapists who take the challenge seriously without taking themselves too seriously.
